Red Wine Marinade for Lamb Chops


Ingredients

  • ½ cup Columbia Crest Merlot
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

Whisk all the ingredients together and pour over lamb chops, reserving ¼ cup for basting. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove the lamb from the marinade and grill over medium heat. Baste with reserved marinade.
